配送ポリシー

ORDER PROCESSING:

Orders are processed and shipped from our Santa Clara, CA office. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. We are a small team, but we'll do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as we can.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

We currently ship within continental United States excluding Hawaii and Alaska via USPS and UPS services.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Jennysong is not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather conditions or special circumstances our shipping carrier may encounter.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We currently do not ship internationally.
